Replacements or store credits must be inquired with in 12 HRS of the flowers being received.Â We are available to help you with any issue that may come up. We require you to do only the following:
- Return the product
- Properly water flowers or plants
- Provide a receipt
- Notify us of the problem within 12 HOURS of the flowers being received.
- No Credits or replacements will be issued after the 12 Hour Mark.
